Join us for the 2026 Annual Meeting!

When: Tuesday, June 23 at 6:00PM
Where: Lark Hall (351 Hudson Ave, Albany, NY)

The purpose of the meeting is to provide you with updates on our last year, share plans for the coming year, and to elect Board members to the open positions.

This year, there are three positions open, two Commercial Owner seats and one Residential Owner seat. Members seeking election to the Board of Directors may nominate themselves or be nominated by another Member of their Class no later than five (5) business days prior to the Annual Meeting.

Any nominations can be emailed to bid@larkstreet.org. Ballots for voting will be available on the BID website for download (coming soon), emailed to the last recorded email address of current members, and at the meeting.

Please check in when you get the meeting to ensure that you have the proper ballot. Members can only vote for those Directors representing their own membership classes.

If you are a commercial or residential tenant in the BID footprint, and want to be a member, please download and complete the application here. If you were previously a commercial or residential member, we’d like to ask that you too complete this application to ensure that we have the most up to date information.
