There is ample on-street parking around Lark Street, both on Lark Street and on the surrounding streets.
Albany's residential parking permit hours are in effect Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for legal holidays. Only during these times, non-residential vehicles are limited to parking for a maximum of two consecutive hours in those areas. Read the street signs and pay attention to time limits to avoid tickets.
