This website is operated by the Lark Street Neighborhood District Management Association (hence referred to as the Lark Street BID), and this privacy policy applies to this website only.

• When you register for an event or purchase event tickets, we collect your name, address, email address, daytime phone number, vending information and credit card number (with expiration date).
• When you become a registered user (BID members only), we collect your name, mailing address, email address, and password. This information is gathered to keep our contact database current.
• When you submit a question, we need your email address to respond, and you also may provide us with additional information to help us answer your question.

How Do We Use Your Information?
We may use your information in a number of ways, including the following:

• To improve the content on our Web site. For example, we may use cookies to find out which parts of our site are visited most often.

• For marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we send out email and direct mail to our registered members about upcoming events.
